VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance)

  • Volunteers needed to help prepare taxes for low to moderate income families
  • Volunteers will be trained in the Taxwise software and receive recognition from the IRS
  • Wonderful way to give back to the community and a great resume booster for students!

The Center

  • Volunteers needed for our after-school program
  • 3:30 - 6:30 on Monday and Wednesday and 3:30 - 5:30 on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Duties include tutoring, preparing and serving dinner, cleaning up the kitchen and classroom, and supervising the kids for various activities.
  • Located on 600 Campbell Street, Williamsport PA

Alzheimer Support Group

  • Student needed to sit with a local Alzheimer's patient so that the regular care-giver can enjoy some much needed "down time"

Everyone Deserves to be Safe

  • The YWCA Wise Options is a safe haven in Williamsport that gives help and hope to those victimized by crime
  • They are in need of basic toiletries and care packages
  • Please drop donations off in the Academic Center, 3rd floor outside the D wing
