Select Options from the "Setup" menu.

Select the Sharing tab.

Select everything under "Share files in these directories and their sub-directories:" and click on "Remove"
Unsharing Folders
The shared directory listing should now be empty.
No Shared Folders
Once the "OK" button is clicked filesharing should be disabled.
