Use a hanging indentation for the citation; use the author's full name(s) as given; do not italicize the period at the end of Title of Work; put Title of Article in quotation marks; do not italicize volume number after Title of Periodical; use full date of periodical issue; do not cut-down pages numbers (i.e. use 119-134 or 91-98 instead of 119-34 and 91-8); capitalize all keywords in the Title of Work, Title of Book, Title of Article, and Title of Periodical.
