Political Science: Visiting Instructor
Ray Carman is a visiting instructor of political science, specializing in law and public policy. He earned a Bachelor’s in political science from Niagara University and a Master’s in political science from Binghamton University. He is working toward a Ph.D. in political science at Binghamton University, which he expects to complete during the 2011-12 academic year. Carman previously served as graduate assistant and instructor at Binghamton University. His teaching and research interests include judicial behavior, psychology of judging, selection of judges, constitutional law, and civil rights and liberties.
