1. Mad Ice
Start off with testing your strength in front of Lamade Gym while smashing ice blocks with a sledge hammer
2. Hanging Tough
A strong breath and a stronger grip are required to complete this obstacle successfully at the pool.
3. Cargo Climb
Cargo net fastened to the ground that you must pass underneath on an uphill slope behind the Rec Center.
4. Hay Bale Climb
Hurl yourself over (or through) a stack of hay bales shaped in a pyramid on the quad.
5. Arctic Swim
This is all about mental grit. You must jump into the ice cold pool and swim under the wooden plank and pull yourself out on the other end on the quad.
6. Quick Sand
Test your endurance with high knees through sand at the volleyball court in between Crever and Forest.
7. Hold the Wood
Test your strength, endurance, and mental grit carrying a log around the perimeter of Lycoming College to the Intramural Field.
8. Farmer's Walk
Carry dumbbells around the perimeter of the Intramural Field.
9. Pipe Crawl
Continue on the Intramural Field by crawling through the muddy PVC pipes and onto The Great Wall
10. The Great Wall
After you’re all muddy, with the help of your teammates, this obstacle relies on teamwork. Scale three 12’ wooden walls.
11. Kiss the Mud
Crawl commando-style under rope set 12 inches from the ground
