APPLICATION DEADLINE: February 13, 2013 by 12:00 noon
All rising senior and junior students are welcome and encouraged to apply. Eligibility is based on the following 3 criteria:
- 76 credits at the end of fall 2012.
- 2.25 GPA.
- No violations of the Code of Conduct within the current (spring 2013) and previous 3 semesters (fall 12, spring 12, fall 11).
NOTE: Students may only "pull" roommates into a unit who have also applied and been approved to live in the Apartments or Commons.
Applicants who do not meet the criteria will be initially denied but are encouraged to file an appeal which will be reviewed by a committee. The appeal process is outlined below.
Student Right to Appeal
An appeal must be submitted to the Committee for review via an e-mail to the Residential Life Office Reslife@lycoming.edu. The appeal must address the specific reason(s) for the denial and provide the rationale why the student believes special consideration should be given. APPEAL DEADLINE: FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2013 by 12:00 NOON. Appeal decision notification will be sent via campus e-mail on Tuesday, February 26, 2013.
