Winter Break Housing Request Form

To process your request, you must accurately complete the information in all three sections below and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page.

Note

  • Submission of this form does not guarantee permission to stay in campus housing during the break.
  • You will be notified via e-mail if your request has been approved/denied.
  • Per policy, a $32.50 per day fee may be assessed for those who are approved to be on campus (for personal reasons) during break.
  • Residents of Asbury, East, and Wesley Halls and the Apartments will be reassigned to "temporary" Winter Break housing.
