Marino joins 12 other Lycoming alumni who have served in Congress.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">A native of Williamsport, Marino graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <a href="http://www.lycoming.edu/PoliticalScience/index.html">political science</a> and <a href="http://www.lycoming.edu/education/">education</a> from Lycoming in 1985. He earned a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pa., and began his career with the law firm of McNerney, Page, Vanderlin &amp; Hall in Williamsport.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Marino served as Lycoming County&rsquo;s District Attorney 1992 to 2002, when he was selected to serve as a United States Attorney for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He then went to work as a business law attorney for DeNaples Management, a Northeast Pennsylvania company.
