Lycoming College and Reading Area Community College (RACC) have an official transfer partnership agreement that enhances the transferability between RACC’s Associate of Arts degree in Social Science and Liberal Arts to one of Lycoming's Bachelor of Arts programs. Specific course equivalencies and substitutions for each academic program included in the agreement are listed below.

The main purpose of the Liberal Arts to Bachelor of Arts articulation is for RACC students to earn their core requirements that will fulfill one of Lycoming's Bachelor of Arts programs.
