You may also check in for the Beer & Pretzel Tent at the registration table, allowing you to bypass the line at the tent.

Baseball Blue Gold World Series: Game 2 - Lycoming College Baseball Field, Brandon Park (137 Brandon Place, Williamsport)

Cheer on Lycoming’s baseball team during the second game of their scrimmage, while enjoying our newest athletics facility in historical Brandon Park.

Game 1 takes place the weekend of September 27, 2024.

In the event of inclement weather, seating will be available in Pennington Lounge.

Beer & Pretzel Tent - Fultz Quadrangle

Make plans to attend the event that kicks Homecoming into high gear! Gather with new and old friends to fill your glass with beverages brewed by talented Lycoming alumni, including Bald Birds, Yuengling, and Tröegs beers, while noshing on pretzels. This event is open to all alumni, alumni guests, and family members. All  guests must be age 21 or older, with a valid government-issued I.D.

$20 per person; a portion of your registration fee will be allocated to Scholarships at Lycoming College

Please note: Parents may not register their student(s) for this event. Eligible members of the Class of 2025 (age 21 and over) must register in person in the Student Involvement Office. No underclassmen are permited in the tent. We appreciate your understanding.

Gamma Delta Sigma invites you to a basket raffle held to honor the memory of a lost sister, Brandy Lee Sudol ’91, who passed away following a courageous battle with Hodgkin’s disease. Funds raised will support a scholarship in Brandy’s honor.

Parenting the First Year Student - The John & Ronalee Trogner Presentation Room (3rd floor), Krapf Gateway Center

Academic Success Deans Shyla Boyd, Ed.D., and PageCarol Woods, Ed.D., share an update on how the Class of 2028 has been doing since First Weekend. In addition, they will review resources available to students that can help them achieve success throughout their first year and beyond at Lycoming College.

Career & Professional Development and Global Experiences for Your Lycoming Student - The John & Ronalee Trogner Presentation Room (3rd floor), Krapf Gateway Center

Lori Patterson, director of career and professional development, and Allison Holladay, associate director of global education, guide families through the experiential learning resources available to students offered by the Center for Enhanced Academic Experiences (CEAE). The CEAE should be accessed early and often throughout your student’s collegiate career to best prepare them to be compelling candidates for internships, job interviews, study abroad, and graduate school opportunities.

Trolley Shuttle Service - The front entrance of the Krapf Gateway Center to Shangraw Athletic Complex 

Clang, clang, clang went the trolley! We are pleased to share that the Carl E. Stotz Trolley is returning for 2024. The fully ADA-compliant trolley will run on a continuous loop from the entrance of the Krapf Gateway Center to Shangraw Athletic Complex.

Alumni, students, and families are invited to join us for a sizzling tailgate extravaganza! Join Weber Grill Ambassador Gary Hafer, Ph.D., professor emeritus of English, for mouth-watering grilled delights. Whether you’re a BBQ master or just hungry for fun, there’s something for everyone, including a 10-minute masterclass on steak at noon, and recipes galore! Bring your appetite, and make plans to attend the best pre-game event of the year.
