Local Black Community Digital Stories

Students in the Digital Storytelling First Year Seminar, taught by Lynn Estomin of the Art department and Amy Rogers of the Education department, partnered with community members to create a series of digital stories about the people and history of the local Black community. The premiere screening was held on April 27, 2016. The stories will be featured in the Heart of Williamsport Project, the Lycoming County Women’s History Project and the collection of the Lycoming County Historical Society.
