I am a Freshmen, do I need to report to Long Hall for Check-in?
Only students with a balance due must report to Long Hall upon arrival. If your account is not cleared, you will receive an email the week of January 6, 2025 notifying you to report to Long Hall upon arrival.
I am an upperclassman, do I need to report to Long Hall for Check-in?
Only students with a balance due will be required to report to Long Hall upon arrival. If your account is not cleared, you will receive an email the week of January 6, 2025 notifying you to report to Long Hall upon arrival.
What if I've cleared my account after receiving an email to report to Long Hall? Do I still need to attend Check-in?
If you no longer have a critical (red) restriction, you will not need to report to Long Hall.
What if I didn't receive an email?
If you don't have a critical (red) restriction on your student account, you will not need to report to Long Hall. To view restrictions on your student account, go to MyLyco >> Lyco Advisor >> Academics >> Grades to see critical (red) restrictions.
Spring Check List
- Add an Authorized party by going to MyLyco >> Lyco Advisor >> Financial Information >>Student Finance>>Management Your Student Account. This will take you into your online bill. Once on the landing page you can set up your authorized party.
- Pay Spring semester bill
- Add banking information to "Manage Refunds" on your online billing landing page
