Assistant Professor of Psychology
Tina Norton earned her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology with a specialization in Social and Health Psychology from Kent State University. Her recent research projects have focused on assessing health behaviors among college students – including smoking, alcohol, and caffeine use – using web-based and texting-based surveys. Students have been involved with many aspects of this research, including participant recruitment, data collection and management, and data analysis. Dr. Norton teaches Introductory Psychology, Research Methods, Health Psychology, and the Psychology of Close Relationships.
