Networked printers

Networked printers are located in every building on campus; for assistance to install a printer on your computer, contact the Help Desk. The default for all networked printers with duplex capabilities is black and white duplex for all pages. Individual users can select alternate settings for individual print jobs, as needed.

Printing to public multifunction printers (MFPs)

Faculty and staff have the option of sending print jobs to public MFPs on campus. To send a print job to one of these printers, select the queue lycobw on LYCOPRINT or lycocolor on LYCOPRINT. Your print job will be held for up to 24 hours, and can be retrieved by scanning your ID at any printer with a card reader.

There are printers located in various office on campus as well as public printers. If a printer malfunctions, print jobs can be retrieved at any other campus printer until any service is complete. Individual offices are responsible to requisition paper using the appropriate form through Printing Services on the MyLyco portal. Toner levels are being tracked by our print service provider and will be delivered by an IT Student Assistance for you to install once the toner is empty. Please bring empty toner cartridges back to the IT Service Center in Snowden Library for recycling.
